Description of Community Service we have available.

With your approval CS workers will be assigned and scheduled to complete community service hours by picking up trash in local community parks and public spaces. Workers will receive specific instructions and a required minimum number of hours which must be worked each week in order to complete assigned hours on schedule. If client does not follow all instructions provided for them, they will be asked to stop working.
Your client will also be provided with an app that they must load on their cell phone before starting any work. This app will allow all supervisors within our organization to communicate with, track and monitor all movements of your client the entire time they are completing community service hours. If your client is unable to add this app to their phone or if at any time supervisor is unable to track and monitor your client and/or verify work completed they will be asked to stop working.
We use the latest virtual monitoring technology to track the progress of your clients at all times by using a cell phone app. This app requires clients to provide their exact GPS coordinates and will track their movements while they are performing community service. The app also requires your client to frequently document their progress using their cell phone camera, facial recognition and/or fingerprint scanning. This technology insures your client will be compliant with all program requirements and also allows us to document their daily progress. Your client will be provided with an app that they must load on their cell phone before starting any work. This app will allow all supervisors within our organization to communicate with, track and monitor all movements of your client the entire time they are completing community service hours. If your client is unable to add this app to their phone or if at any time supervisor is unable to track and monitor your client and/or verify work completed they will be asked to stop working. Please be aware that supervisors may not be physically standing behind your client and watching them pick up trash for the entire duration of their community service hours. Supervisors will meet with your client to be sure they are following all instructions and after your client has started they may monitor your client from a remote location and/or check on them at random times to be sure they are still compliant. Your client will be required to activate the tracking app and follow all instructions as provided. If they do not follow instructions, their hours will not be approved and they will not receive credit. I will be using modern technology to monitor their progress and insure their full compliance at all times. I will also be spot-checking their work at random times and requiring them to submit very specific pictures as proof that they are following all instructions and completing the work as required.
